The taste was not what I expected, it just felt like artificial sugar, pretty much like when you’re drinking a can of diet sodas. Maybe it’s just me and other people may enjoy it, but as for me, I did not expect it to taste like a diet soda.

I suggest drinking only half at a time, as we can only absorb so much protein at once and too high a dose can stress the kidneys It's thicker than almost all the other protein drinks and it's like drinking milk chocolate. I like the thick texture

Doesn’t fill you up to much but worked great for a quick before the gym boost. Convenient if you don’t have time to make a shake. In this has 32 g of protein, which is really good because I am on a protein diet. Also, the flavor of the chocolate is not as strong like thick it’s like more like milk chocolate taste. I like that his plant based and I have the probiotic fibers and super full Greenland. Also it has amino acid and contain omega-3. It is gluten-free dairy free and allergy friendly, which is great and they have zero sugar which I love also so it have all natural taste too.

It has no sugar, no milk, so that makes the flavor not very pleasant, if you like protein and a little bit of sugar flavor, if you don't like sugar or milk, this protein is for you, so I recommend it to people who like that, but it's not really that good.
