Very thick, almost like pudding. As a matter of fact, the first couple I put in a bowl and ate it like a dessert. Not a bad taste but not very drinkable. I then squeezed out a gulp and filled the container with water. Shake it up and it is passable. Would not buy this product again.

Cold is best, but room temp is totally fine as well. I'm glad i have these a try because they taste way better, plus have more protein.

First and foremost drink this chilled it will take the taste up 100%. I’m sure if you add a banana and blend it would be delicious. Perfect for after your workout especially if you’re trying to hit protein goals. My only gripe is I wish it had cleaner ingredients (no gums) because I definitely love the protein grams. If this brand got cleaner than this I would definitely purchase a case. I’ll give it a 7/10
