[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OWYN Pro Elite is legit my favorite protein shake. It packs 32g of plant-based protein, which is perfect after a workout or when I need something quick on busy days. The taste is surprisingly good (chocolate is 🔥), and it’s super smooth — no chalky texture like a lot of other vegan shakes. Plus, no dairy, no weird stuff, and easy on the stomach. Clean ingredients and great macros… can’t beat it. This one’s a game changer.

I decided to give OWYN protein a try since it was a bit cheaper than Fairlife Protein. I was very disappointed in the taste of OWYN. I had to chug it down because the taste was so bad!! The consistency is very thick as well. The ingredients are good, but I can only drink it if I put half the OWYN in a cup of coffee. I will stick to Fairlife.

It’s dairy-free and has zero sugar, so it’s perfect if you’re trying to cut down on sugar or can’t handle dairy well. The chocolate taste is actually pretty good not too sweet or powdery like some other protein shakes I’ve had.It has 32g of protein, so it’s super handy for busy days, workouts, or just when you need a quick snack. I like that it keeps me full without feeling heavy or bloated. The only downside is it’s a bit more expensive than the usual protein drinks, but honestly, the clean ingredients and taste make it worth it.Anyway, if you’re looking for a solid protein shake that’s easy on the stomach, I’d say give this one a try. I’d rate it 9/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those seeking a high-protein, ready-to-drink plant-based shake with clean, allergen-friendly ingredients, OWYN’s Zero-Sugar or Pro Elite versions are compelling options. They’re particularly strong for people following keto, vegan, or specialized allergy-safe diets. But due to frequent reports of digestive discomfort and occasional allergic reactions, they may not suit those with sensitive GI systems or undiagnosed sensitivities.

These are wayyyy too sweet and too thick. I tried diluting with water and also tried cutting with black coffee. The coffee hack was an improvement but they are still pretty unpalatable. And the color is bizarre. Since when is chocolate a puce purple color? 4 Stars for quality ingredients but zero for taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was genuinely surprised about this protein shake! The taste is very good like chocolate but doesn’t feel chalky! I like that it has a high protein count and the ingredient are pretty good! The packaging is great for on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried many other brands of protein shakes but this is the one that I like. It’s dairy-free and gluten free protein with zero sugar. I like the chocolate taste. It’s little thick, add ice and it’s delicious. It’s good for vegan. I will buy more to drink. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OWYN (Only What You Need) Plant-Based Protein Shake has great taste, texture, and clean ingredients. Really appreciate the smooth texture and the fact that they are not chalky. The low sugar content and lack of artificial sweeteners acts as positive aspect. The flavor can be just too intense for some people.
