I drink a few different brands protein shakes because I like variation but this is my favorite. It is plant sourced and does not contain animal products. While other brands have nice variety of flavors I drink Owyn because what it contains is IMO, better overall nutrition for the reasons I use protein shakes daily.

Good but I expected it to taste better. Has lots of chocolate flavor but not a satisfying taste.
