I have purchased cases of these for months now and this last time, the case I purchased had gone bad or something. It was thicker and tasted disgusting. I had to reach out to OWYN in case it was a foul batching issue.

My wife and I thought it was nasty. I tried a couple of more drinks, thinking it might get better and it got worse. Couldn’t even finish the first one

OWYN is good cold or room temp, and only has monk fruit for a sweetner. That and the 32g of protein is what made me chose this when looking for a good protein drink.

This product has a rich texture, choclaty flavor, & reasonable viscosity, but has an unusual aftertaste. I’m not certain if this is due to plant vs animal protein flavors? This is my first try with non whey protein.

I tried this because Sam’s doesn’t carry Evolve protein shakes anymore. It provides a good amount of protein, but I don’t like bitter foods. My first impression it tasted like coffee, but I’m not a coffee drinker. I will not be buying this again.
