These are great sources of protein with no sugar and limited carbs. Great tasting and filling. Great for an on the go before or after workouts fueling.

This shake has a good taste. I like that it has 32 grams of protein. I like to avoid all the unneeded ingredients so it's a healthier choice. I'd like to be able to order other flavors.

The taste and texture of this shake is horrible. I finished one drink. I tried another the next day and could only choke down 3 drinks. I gave them away.
