[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best protein shakes I've tasted so far for being gluten and dairy-free. It is a little bit thick if you drink it directly from the carton. I usually pour a Nespresso double shot of espresso over ice and mix in the OWYN shake. I've stopped using creamer and adding stevia to my coffee since I started drinking these shakes. Having 32 grams of protein in the morning helps with brain fog and it's very filling. Great product!

Not only is it dairy free, it is also gluten and sugar-free. With 32 grams of protein in such a small container, this protein shake knocks all the other competitors that I have tried out of the park. It is very hard finding good-tasting vegan protein with minimal ingredients. This will help me manage my cravings for something sweet while supporting nutrition goals. I mix with water and ice in my shaker bottle and it mixes well, I work nights and this shake keeps me full.

Additionally it has o u certificate that makes it kosher which is great . Ingredients are good it works well for me has a great texture and no after taste. Comes in a nice black bottle that helps against uv damaging which is a plus.

The packaging was okay. It got easily banged up, but it’s able to be recycled so that’s definitely a plus!!!

I love the healthy ingredients and the amount of protein from plant based sources BUT… the taste isn’t the best. There’s an after taste that makes you want try another brand BUT then again it’s hard to find the natural ingredient with this amount of protein FOR the price. I can settle for that.
