I have EOE which requires me to avoid dairy and gluten. I struggled at first to find protein drinks that had a large amount of protein and be dairy free. I stumbled upon these after only finding protein drinks with around 21 grams. I was shocked to find some that had 32 grams. I was a little hesitant at first but, decided to give them a try. Best decision I have made and they are delicious. I do not have any reaction to them and love that they are gluten and dairy free safe. They have the consistency of a milk shake so they are a bit thick so I suggest shaking them up before drinking them. If you have issues with thick drinks this might not be the drink for you. Also, the price is a little high for protein shakes but, since purchasing them I have been able to get my 100 grams of protein. I would highly recommend this product.

I did feel full but I don’t think this is a meal replacement or anything. I just wish it was lower calories.

You'll love it!” I should not have taken their advice. The moment this shake hit my tongue, it tasted like someone blended a multivitamin, a plastic water bottle, and a science experiment that should've stayed in the lab. The aftertaste? It lingered like a bad decision. I'm not a picky eater at all..I'll try just about anything, but this was almost unbearable. I powered through a few sips for the sake of my gains, but honestly, the macros are the only reason this isn't getting a 1-star review. Great nutrition, nightmare flavor. Drink at your own risk… and maybe don't listen to overly excited couples in stores.

It still has that artificial protein taste but the chocolate helps it out a lot. I drink half of it in the morning and the other half at night so that I don't feel bloated. I appreciate how it doesn't have harmful artificial ingredients so I'll definitely buy more!

It still has more bean/nut taste than regular protein shake, but regardless it's a great way to add protein into my diet. I Love this Shake. I pour it over ice if I'm going to drink it straight and make sure to shake it up really well. I use it as coffee creamer and make it a mocha, it's AMAZING as a hot mocha or iced coffee. I love this chocolate OWYN protein shake it's so versatile.
