Owyn plant based protein drink and high in protein which is 32g and 0g sugar is great when you need to hit your protein goals, and it keep me full when I drink this. The flavor wasn’t that bad chocolaty and need to shakes it well before drinking.

Bought it as they were out of Atkins. To me this tries to hard to taste like chocolate only to taste like bad chocolate. It does keep you full for a while but doesn't have the finished satisfying taste that Atkins does.
