I used to buy this product in bulk and loved the high protein content and flavor. It tasted just like chocolate. Since they changed their recipe, it tastes awful. It tastes like heavy metals or something inedible that is difficult to stomach. It’s so bad I am going to complain to the company

Calories are decent for the amount of protein you are getting in the serving. No issues with digestion if anything feel it helps. Recommend to those who do not want dairy products.

It great that it's low cal and high protein but oof I could not drink this every day without a scowl on my face. However if you want to make your own protein smoothie mix, this would be a great addition. Get your blender, pour this some fruit and voila a better tasting protein drink albeit with a tad more calories. But I prefer taste over that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good nutrients! Perfect Post-Workout Drink, it has lots of protein for the size! Keep in mind it is Plant Protein, different from Whey. I do prefer Whey for building muscle and recovery, but plant is also necessary! It tastes pretty good, but slight taste of some type of plant in there as well. Not bad, and would drink for the protein, maybe not the taste. I appreciate the no sugar!

It's smooth (not chalky) and keeps me full for hours. The 32g of protein is perfect for busy days or post-workout, and it's great knowing it's plant-based and zero sugar. Definitely a new favorite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sensitive to dairy, so was excited to try a nondairy alternative to protein shakes. My favorite has been Fairlife Chocolate Protein Milk. This one by OWYN tastes very similar to Muscle Milk, if you've had it. It's pretty smooth. Does have a distinct protein and artificial sweetener aftertaste, if you're sensitive to that. I still prefer Fairlife for my personal preference.
