[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big chocolate fan and this was a bit of a disappointment. It's had and artificial flavor to it. Taking that away, it did leave me feeling full. It's not too thick.

I am not a vegan, but I do struggle with being lactose intolerant. This has nothing in it that hurts my belly. No chemical sweetners. It uses monkfruit to sweeten. Taste is pretty good, and helps me stay on my high protein diet.

OWYN is a great source in helping to add protein to any meal. It was recommended by my doctor and I'm glad I took the advice. I've tried most of the flavors and to date, chocolate and dark chocolate are my favorite.
