I recently started going on early morning walks and looking to incorporate healthier food options into my daily life. This protein shake came at the right time as I was already looking at options so I was really looking forward to it only to be disappointed. I did not like the chalky taste of it. The texture is also chalky. It leaves a slight after taste and its very watery. I would not recommend it or go out an purchase this product on my own

Now that you offer this product, in a slightly superior formulation, at a lower price, I will be canceling my BJ's membership and buying this and many other products at Sam's. This product is awesome. It is clean-keto friendly, dairy-free, high protein, tastes great, and uses the only sweetener that anyone should ever really use (monkfruit). If Owyn could only figure out how to remove the sunflower oil, it would be truly perfect. But it's the best product on the market right now. I drink at least one every day. BUY THIS!

The consistency is smooth and easy to drink after a good amount of shaking. Next, I appreciate the protein being pea-based instead of whey like most market options since it's more digestible for my preference. I like drinking one of these with a banana or yogurt for a filling snack when I'm recovering from a workout. I highly recommend OWYN for a vegan, sugar-free, and appetizing protein drink!

I also have several ingredients I try to avoid so it can be tough to find options. This one fits the bill. It’s great that this shake has 32grams of protein. I often use shakes that have less. The texture is a bit thicker than others but worth the trade off. There is no grittiness like you can sometimes get with plant based shakes. This is a great on the go option. It’s easy to throw in a bag for when you need a protein boost during the day or at the gym. It sits well on my stomach. The flavor is pretty good. I enjoyed drinking this shake and will drink these in the future.

This one has extra texture and grittiness and you need to really shake before drinking. Feels weird putting the carton in the fridge to cool and then taking it on the go, makes the carton feel flimsy when it starts to warm up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you #influenster and #owyn I will say I was surprised with this protein shake, as a person whose on a loose weight journey, on keto , sometimes drinking protein shakes this one surprised me, I was hesitant to drink it because I been on a break from them because the last one I took from another brand was clumpy and it just killed all of them for me, but I drank it, and it was good, smooth good chocolate flavor, a little to thin, it filled me up but not for a long time I can’t say I felt full for a while, but I did like it had 32g of protein which is awesome, I think I will buy more and drink it as a meal replacement for lunch or dinner like I did with this one and it worked great, I also want to see if there’s more flavors not just chocolate or vanilla, but I do recommend, the flavor was very good, not fake tasting or powder tasting like most.
