If you were trying to meet protein goals, this is a good way to fill those in. I had surgery a few years ago and I have tried the most protein shakes and powders and this is not my favorite tasting.

This chocolate one has 32g of protein, zero sugar, and no milk, so it doesn't weigh down your stomach. Great for post-workout or when I need something quick and nutritious during the day. The texture is creamy and the flavor isn't cloying. It's already become one of my favorites.

I wanted to try this with it being on sale, since there’s so much hype about this brand. After reading all the reviews, I sorta prepared myself for the thickness. I love ice cream, so I poured it into a large glass after one drink,so I could make some. I was hoping for a frosty consistency if I froze it. After an hour I checked it. It was still so thick I added unsweetened almond milk to it so it would freeze better. It did turn out a lot better than most of my homemade keto Ice creams, with a very large amount of creaminess. The worst part for me is the stevia. Thats just me though. I will try to figure out something else to add to this the next time. I think if they left the stevia, sunflower oil and some of the thickeners out , it would be a much better drink. It’s definitely doable if you need a filler meal on the go. The thickness consistency is the same as kefir to me, without the taste of kefir, if that makes sense. If you’re on keto and need a little sweetness you’ll appreciate this. I’m going to try it with coffee next. It will definitely curb your appetite. Remember, anything that has clean ingredients in it, is never that good to us !

I even pour them in my coffee as a substitute for creamer. It's such a better alternative bc it has 32 grams of protein and it's dairy free. I will definitely be trying out the other flavors.
