I couldn’t choke it down if I tried. My husband posed for this photo without actually tasting it, but after we both tried it we agreed it was a throwaway. Its texture reminded me of chalk, kind of like milk of magnesia. I guess it’s good for people with specific diets. But if you don’t have diet restrictions don’t waste your money on this.

We always hesitate with dairy free product because it doesn’t always taste good but this shake was great! It was thick but not as thick as other shakes, no bitter taste to it and was smooth! High in protein and was a good meal substitute as it kept me full for awhile. The price is good on these as well. Can’t beat it!
