I love that it has 32 grams of protein and the taste is still good, not too sweet and no chalky aftertaste either. My favorite part definitely has to be that it's dairy free because it's so easy on the stomach as other proteins tend to mess me up.

But this protein shake wasn't too bad, I like that the taste was nice ,creamy and Rich. It didn't taste like chalk or powder. I absolutely love that it has Natural ingredients and doesn't have a lot of the other unnecessary ingredients as other protein shakes. I think that this is a pretty effective product and I would love to taste other flavors that they may have.

Best of all 32g of protein in a great size package, it's super smooth and delicious flavor of chocolate.

Good nutritionally - horrible in every other way possible especially the consistency which is for lack of a better word - Gloopy. You squeeze it out of the box like it's a yogurt drink. Flavor comes up short on the chocolate. They are absolutely horrible and I will never purchase them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this Owyn 32g Pro Elite Dairy-Free Protein Shake for free in exchange for my honest review, and I was genuinely excited to try it. New year, new me… plus it's chocolate, vegan, and packed with 32 grams of protein for only 200 calories — on paper, it's doing everything right. I also really appreciate how clean and transparent the ingredients are. Everything is easy to read and recognizable, which I love. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from peanuts, tree nuts, soy, egg, sesame, fish, shellfish, artificial colors, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, and any creepy chemicals. Major points for that — truly. Now for the honest part: the taste. It definitely tastes like a protein-forward, diet-style drink. It is chocolatey, but more in a “health product” way than a rich or indulgent way. You can tell it's formulated for nutrition first, flavor second — and for me personally, that matters. If something doesn't taste good, I know I'm not going to keep reaching for it. I only tried it on its own, straight from the bottle. I can see potential if it were blended into a smoothie with a banana or something to soften the flavor, but as-is, it just wasn't for me. Because of that, I wouldn't personally repurchase it. That said, I would recommend this to friends or family who are vegan and looking for a solid, clean protein shake. From a vegan perspective, this isn't bad at all — especially if ingredients and allergen-friendly formulas are a priority. I really respect what this product stands for… I just don't love the taste.

The chocolate flavor was a little bit off, which is why I gave it one less Starr I like the convenience of package protein. I like that this one also had a lot, and it was clean overall good I may try another flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really hoping this was the one as my husband is diabetic. He is used to zero sugar or no sugar so I had him try it first. He took one swig and said NO WAY. It was overly sweet and had a horrible aftertaste. I tasted it as well and completely agree this is not a product for us.
