However, I have consumed many different brands/flavors etc. and it's not the worst that I have tasted but it is far from average tolerance in taste. Yes it claims to be dairy free, zero sugar, and 32g in protein but a downside in my opinion is it is plant based and contains a lot of seed protein and seed oils. If plant based is what you are looking for then give it a try. The chocolate tastes how I would think chocolate water would taste without any sweetness. The consistency is about the same as well. It is not thick but looks like what you can buy at the store that's labeled as chocolate drink instead of chocolate milk.

Unfortunately, this product did not meet the taste and texture standards. I found it to be overly sweet almost syrupy which I didn't like at all. The shake was also super chalky in texture to me. I refrigerated it and did all the things but I couldn't handle it. The only good thing is that I didn't feel like it hurt my stomach after drinking, although that could have been from not consuming the whole thing. The packaging and portability were great but if you can't handle drinking it, the other stuff just doesn't really matter.

I've had other brands that taste like a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. This one is also 200 calories and I've found some for only 160. Not sure I would try this brand again.
