I am not a vegan, but I do struggle with being lactose intolerant. This has nothing in it that hurts my belly. No chemical sweetners. It uses monkfruit to sweeten. Taste is pretty good, and helps me stay on my high protein diet.

I do not like the thick consistency of these protein shakes. they are plant based and that's a good thing but I did not like the taste . Dont know if they come in another flavor but the chocolate was awful
