The thickness of a shake was very good. The ingredients were exactly what I wanted and prefer in my protein intake. I will give this another try and maybe mix it with my coffee or over ice.

This is a no sugar added shake and they do not try and make it taste overally sweet which I appreciated. I also appreciated the amount of protein it provided. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So there is a definite aftertaste and I’m not sure how to describe it, I’m usually a whey protein girlie so I’m not super familiar with the plant based protein, however I will say it is very chocolatey, and for 32 g of protein it’s not the worst tasting protein shake I’ve ever had. I think maybe blended in an ice coffee it would be pretty good, the more I drank of it the more I got used to it. It’s definitely very sweet!

It’s a great on the go drink to fill your stomach and keep you energized. The texture and thickness is just right for this shake. There are no aftertaste or after burp from this drink!

Very good amount of protein for the size of this drink. It definitely has the protein drink aftertaste, but it’s not bad. Good for a meal replacement or for after a workout. The consistency of the drink is good, it just definitely doesn’t taste like a milkshake or anything like that. Tastes similar to Slim Fast shakes from back in the day. Not sure I would buy any more but I’m happy I got to try it.

Plus its sugar free but still have a very rich flavor. Does still have a "protein" flavor, its definitely not luke chocolate milk, but if youre used to that its pretty good and affordable!

The texture is smooth and thick. But the taste itself was lackluster. I was able to taste the soy/plant protein and i was not the biggest fan of it. But considering what it provides, it makes up for it. It comes in a tetrapack so long shelf life is guaranteed here.

In good conscience I cannot recommend OWYN Pro Elite plant Protein Chocolate Shake as it just tastes awful. I couldn’t get through the container. Did not even taste chocolatey - if that was the goal. The mouth texture was thin and filmy. Not only did it have a poor taste but it also had a sugar substitute after taste. The icky taste stays with you. There are so many better products out there.
