I appreciate that it’s dairy-free and plant-based, which works well with my dietary needs, but the aftertaste was pretty chalky and not the most pleasant. The texture itself was smooth enough when mixed, but that lingering chalkiness made it less enjoyable than I hoped. It did the job as a protein supplement, but I probably won’t reach for it first next time. Good option if you need a dairy-free protein, but just be aware the taste isn’t the best.

But that’s about all I like about it. It had a chalky taste and the flavor was very mild. I was not able to drink the whole carton. The macros are good, but they didn’t do me any good because it was not delicious enough for me to drink it.

This shake is is perfect size and protein amount to added to help hit your macros. Taste delicious! Consistency and flavor are very good without that strong flavor of protein powders. Well formulated with a great ingredient list to add to your diet. If you are cutting sugar but it’s still craving something sweet this is a great option too. 32g of protein w zero sugar. I bet it would be great mixed in a smoothie or pancake mix. Give it a shot
