The taste is not great, and they are really thick, but these are my favorite protein shakes. They actually get the job done and make me feel full. I get bad acid reflux on an empty stomach and a lot of other shakes don't help, or for very long at least. This one actually keeps me full. I sometimes add a little milk to thin it, it make coffee with it for the taste

And leaves me craving for more after the first sip instead of tossing it like so many other protein drinks I’ve tried! And it’s lactose free???!!! In all seriousness it is very difficult for me to find protein drink that is lactose free and is palatable. This one meets the Mark. And instead of having a horrible aftertaste, it has nice smooth, chocolatey, aftertaste I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review from influenster. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The protein is good for the convenience and size of the drink and that's the only reason I didn't give it one star because if I could not stomach it. The taste was not good. It was thin, chalky and had an acrid after taste. I had to spit it out, and that's saying a lot because I can stomach a lot. I've tried a lot of different protein shakes, both liquid and powder INCLUDING this brand just not chocolate before and I've never had this reaction. It's just not good. Maybe it'll be good for you, so definitely try it out, but not for me.
