The chocolate flavored was good, it kept me full until lunch time. The only thing i didnt like was how it completely dried my mouth out.

The array of amino acids promote muscle recovery. As far as the taste, it’s chocolatey and thick. It doesn’t matter how much you shake it, it has an oatmeal consistency to it. If I could change a few things I would decrease the sodium and remove the stevia. I’d make the formula thinner and less.

Even though I try to eat less sugar overall I do not replace sugar with sweetener because I don't like the taste of them. I enjoy protein drinks when I'm on the go and don't have time for breakfast. My stomach was growling this morning and got this protein from my fridge and drank it on the road. Sadly, I didn't finish it because of the taste. If they sell some that is not zero sugar I will give it a try.

It’s not too chocolatey and it doesn’t stick to my mouth. Very refreshing it very smooth going down. I could definitely mix in with other things which would be amazing. The taste is decent, I don't like the aftertaste though which seems kind of bitter. It smells good and chocolatey. I think it's a decent value for the money.

The taste was really hard to get past for me. It did not taste like chocolate, but had a grainy taste and the flavor had an awful aftertaste. I personally do not recommend this protein drink.
