We have been taking this Co Q10 brand for quite a long time and find it to be just as good as the higher priced brands. Try it, you'll like it and the savings.

I don't know if this is helping but since I take a statin for cholesterol. One of the side effects is insomnia. I'll see if a few months if it has helped with my cholesterol
