I just started taking them so I can't give a great review. Ive taken them in the past and the did help with my health issues so I'm hoping that these do the same as i continue to take them. They're a nice size and easy to swallow.

I am really not big on supplements but honestly i dodnt see a difference after about 3 weeks. They are easy to take and not horrible tasting. I will most likely stop taking them if i do not see a difference soon.

I don't know if this is helping but since I take a statin for cholesterol. One of the side effects is insomnia. I'll see if a few months if it has helped with my cholesterol

I started taking them 2 weeks ago. At first they didn’t do my stomach well but I thought it was an adjustment so I waited a week to see if my body would adjust since they were new. I don’t do well with certain pills. I will not say to avoid them because everybody’s body is different.

The soft gel is not small, but it’s easy to swallow with water. I think the price is very reasonable since it should last about six months.

The Members Mark CoQ10 softgel pills are smaller than others I have taken and still has 200mg. This makes them easier to swallow. They had kind of a chocolate or cocoa taste to it. These are supposed to help with heart health, energy, and maybe even migraines.

I've been taking these for a little over a week now and i honestly can't tell if they're doing anything. I've always been skeptical of taking dietary supplements which is why I wanted to try CoQ10 out. I believe this may be one of those products that needs an extended period to be able to tell if it's having an effect. Other than that, the packaging is great and the softgel pills are extremely easy to ingest.

I have taken this twice now and so far have not noticed anything negative and did not bonk mid day so that is a positive. Biggest thing at this time is the capsules are not too big and easy to swallow even without water, too. There is no foul smell or after taste either. After reading possible benefits and finding no negative comments I will definitely keep taking.
