None of the CoQ10 Supplements are cheap, but this one is affordable and appears to work well. I've been taking it for years in conjunction with the statin drug I'm on and was very unhappy when it was out of stock. I had to buy a more expensive brand name.

I have been taking CoQ10 for a few days now. These little orange pills are very easy to swallow. I do get heartburn very easy and have not had any bad reactions to these. I do have high cholesterol so I'm hoping these will help with that. I do feel pretty good, and I'm looking for good long term results.

My doctor wants me on 200mg of CoQ10 per day due to my taking statins. Most people don't realize that stains reduce your natural CoQ10 and that is where most of the side effects come from. So far I have had no side effects from the statin that I am taking. Plus the price is much cheaper than name brand. Many name brand versions of CoQ10 are only 100mg and then I have to take two per day instead of just one.

This CoQ10 is reasonably strong. The soft gels per serving is good, and the total number of soft gels per container is more than adequate. The only change I would make is a slightly lower price.

I’ve heard good things about this product and was excited to try. My husband and I have both been taking for a couple of weeks now. We both feel we have more energy so it seems to be helping in that aspect. My husband does have higher cholesterol so we are hopeful that this will help in that regard too. I caution to follow the directions and take with food. The first few days, I had some stomach issues and almost quit taking it but then looked at the packaging and it PLAINLY says to take with food. After that, I had no other issues.

I have been taking the CoQ10 for a couple weeks. It is for heart health which is important for everyone. I can't say that I notice any change but I don't know that you necessarily would baring comparing medical tests over time. I can say it is easy to swallow and easy to add to your daily vitamin and medication routine.
