I have been taking CoQ10 for a few days now. These little orange pills are very easy to swallow. I do get heartburn very easy and have not had any bad reactions to these. I do have high cholesterol so I'm hoping these will help with that. I do feel pretty good, and I'm looking for good long term results.

I have only been taking CQ10 for a week, so I don’t know for sure if taking them has helped, but it’s the end of the school year and I have had more energy than years passed. The pills are bright orange which makes it easy to distinguish from other pills. They have a gel-like coating and are easy to swallow. I am able to take the pill on an empty stomach without any problems. I also do not experience an aftertaste. I’m only giving it a four since I haven’t been taking them long enough to make a recommendation on their effectiveness. I’m hoping they work!
