I bought thus at Christmas 2022 and it feels like the seat is sinking Way down, very uncomfortable and hard to get out of but other then that it’s a great chair

After owning this recliner for several months, my only complaint is that when I activate the lift or down buttons, the cushion rubs against the arm rest and makes an annoying squeal sound.

After 6 days of delivery the recliner wont close. I loved everything about this chair and yesterday would have been 5 stars but today it wont close. Iam so sad i was enjoying it so much. Hopefully something can be done.

Great chair but the color is not ivory, it’s beige! I am so disappointed! The color doesn’t match the picture you advertise. If the pic had been accurate, I wouldn’t have bought it. It doesn’t go with my Florida look. Why don’t you make the correct color or at least change the pic to reflect the chair’s true color

With the help of my mom and dad, I helped purchase this chair for my dad as the former chair I bought from Sam's club finally gave out after 6 years of heavy use. Every day I walk out I see the King sitting on it. He does not say anything but both my mom and I know the chair is worth more than it is valued at. I promise or you money back. Received my chair today. Was easy to put the back of the chair on. Plugged it in n its tv time. Chair is comfortable!!

Chair too small. Unable to raise legs w/o upper chair going back. No neck support. Thought I was ordering the serta one in store.

Good quality. Just doesn’t fit someone 6’ tall. My legs hang past the end of the leg rest a good foot. Be a good chair for a short person.

Have a question. Is the back of this recliner power controlled or manual? It states that the footrest is powered but unclear about the back. I need a fully powered recliner.

I absolutely love the chair. It looks great and is exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately the chair creeks on the left side. I am afraid it will get worse. Now I must debate trying to get it fixed or sent back.
