So far so good

Just got this this week, and so far so good. Black Friday price makes it a great buy. The chair is firm just the way I like it. The neck support is lacking that’s the reason for a loss of a star. Nice looking and not too bulky, just what I wanted. It doesn’t come with a swatch to go shopping for a sofa that would match. Does seem like a taller person wouldn’t fit right in it, but at this stage of my life, I am buying for me. I’m 5’8” and it really is just right for me. I bought it because I wanted something sturdy that could hold a heavy person since my family and I need rugged stuff. Worth it!

Good buy but missing parts

We just received two theatre recliners. One did not have washers installed on the bolts that hold the four black feet onto the bottom of the chair. Consequently the bolts were over tightened in the factory damaging the feet. I would rather not return the chair for this, but rather would ask that the manufacturer ship 4 new feet with the appropriate washers and I can change them out. We are pleased with the chairs otherwise.
