The recliner is good, but as for the money it cost, it's not what I thought it would be. I thought it would be more comfortable.

When I received my chair it looked exactly like the picture. Very comfortable and it did come with an USB Port as the description do not indicate it has one.

Bought this for my daughter's surgery, a year ago. Now it is my reading, TV chair. The leather looks like new. Great product! Just be careful how you assemble the back, to avoid the issues others have mentioned.

Black Pleather feels sturdy and should hold up well. Most recliners cause me back pain but this one sits comfortably in any position, considering a second one.

Beautiful! Love it....has all the features I need then some. This chair is very smooth moving & love the fact you can flip the switch in the back to keep kids from playing with the buttons & movement! Durable! Easy set up!

Just got yesterday for my husband's birthday and he said it is very tight fitting and it hurts his butt...not enough cushion in it. The armrest compartments are hard to get to...very disappointed in this chair.

The chair worked great for the first couple of years. But after that, the controls didn't work anymore. The battery didn't charge any device and customer service was non. Existent, so now I have a chair that doesn't recline or charge.

Mu wife bought me a recliner like this 3 years ago. On year two the vinyl covering started to peel, Initially on the arm rest. Now it is peeling of the seat, back, foot rest. So not worth the money

Bought this chair for my 85 y/o mother who loves it. Very comfortable, great lumbar support, easy to use and reach buttons. She loves the deep storage compartments and cup holders. Made her very happy.
