I bought this chair to replace one that broke. The chair is comfortable, but the legs don't reach the maximum height until the chair has almost fully reclined. It is supposed to be a theatre chair but to get legs up the chair is so reclined that you can't view a tv without additional pillow under head and shoulders. If there isn't a way to adjust how quickly the legs lift I'll have to return the chair to Sam's

I bought this about a month ago It arrived in very good condition as was easy to put together with only 2 pieces. The color is very nice(brown) and all the features are what I wanted. The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 is the chair is not as cushiony as I would like for it to be. Otherwise it's very comfortable

My husband surprised me with this chair because it has all these features and looks nice. Sadly, the cover for one of the storage compartments was bent and and didn't cover the compartment all the way. We tried fixing it but it wasn't possible and putting an arm on it made it so much worse. Just from a regular sized human arm, the other one started doing the same thing within 2 days of purchase. The lumbar part of the chair was the worst. It actually made my back hurt so bad! I usually don't have back problems so this was new to me. This was one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on. We returned it after 3 days.

after less than one year, the motor has failed. issues with power from the beginning. itsvseat is not very comfortable. dealing with customer service is a nightmare. sams outsources the the phillipines, so it is very hard to understand the reps. they follow a bad script for support. they sent fedex to pick up the bad chair but forgot to tell me i needed to box the chair for fedex, so fedex refused to take it. who has a big box at home to ship a large item. my replacement chair has not shipped, and the rep could not give a timeline. i will not buy furniture at sams again. i had a similar issue buying a diamond ring at sams, so 2 things scratched off from buying at sams.

I just bought this from another vendor! Same price so no big deal on the price!!! So disappointed… it really looked like a heavy sturdy chair … when I tell you the side arms are so flimsy… The padding on the arms aren’t overlapping to the sides so if you don’t rest your arms in the middle it will hurt your elbows …

I have a lot of back problems. I was excited when I saw this chair but wished Sam’s would have had one in the store. Not a bad chair but I’ve had mine about 2 years now and the seat has broken down so hurts my back a lot. The hydrolics in the arm lifts seemed great but one side side broke 2 months after purchase. But the BIGGEST complaint is the noise it makes opening and closing. You can’t hear the tv or a conversation over how loud it is! I have taken powder and shoved it between every part of this chair . It works nice and quiet for a couple of weeks and then it’s right back to crazy noisy. I would not recommend this chair.

I received my recliner on September 11 24 this chair is very uncomfortable leg section will not stay extended if you put any pressure on it with your legs the seat and back has a 3 inch gap between them over all worst purchase ive ever made should not buy unless you can sit in it prior to purchase.

BUYER BEWARE!! I just bought this and I am disappointed as the quality of the chair is nowhere near the quality of the same chair I bought a year and a half ago. There are quite a few differences but the main one is that the chair back and armrests are significantly less plush than the same chairs from a year and a half ago. They seem to have skimped on the materials and even replaced the leather in the armrest compartment with fabric. I couldn't believe it the first time I bought it so I returned it but the replacement was the same exact way. The 1 star rating is because of this as I bought this chair to match the two I already have but this one does not match and looks cheaper. Also this arrived from a company called Abbyson Home and not Lexington so I don't know if the company change is the reason for the discrepancies.

Got this for my husband for Father's Day/his birthday. He really loves it. It replaced a lazyboy that was about 15 years old and had just had it unfortunately. Only had it for a few weeks (it came before Father's Day), and so far so good. Really like the plug on the side for phone charging and the storage in the arms. Only complaint was that it showed up early so we weren't expecting it and got home and it was sitting on our front porch!!
