After just a couple of loads I was able to easily use all the functions of the washer based on what was being washed. Additionally, I love the multi-load compartment for detergent. This saves time as all I have to do is throw my clothes in the wash and start the cycle. Additionally, this washer has a smart function where is senses the size of the load and therefore is energy efficient. Also it recommends types of wash cycles based off my frequency of previous use (activewear, delicates, towels, etc…) Overall I am very pleased with this washer thus far and looking forward to finding out more about this product with more use.

My only complaint is I wish I could alter settings on a specific cleaning mode. Some of them do not let you change the temperature/spin speed/soil level.

Washer will give you how long it will take to wash a load. The app is wonderful with this as you can get updates when the wash is complete. Clothing comes out more like damp and not soaking wet. I would definitely recommend this washer!

We definitely could see the washing quality difference with our old washer and with bespoke and bespoke is absolutely on top. Great part is we are using just 25% of the soap compared to what we were using earlier. Absolutely love it !!!
