As whole house back up Generator there are several Brand Choices. Generac has priced it right the Unit. Truly so far has not seen in action during Power Failure in past several months since installation. Weekly checks are not noticeable. Remote monitoring is surely an advantage with solid warranty and reputation.

Have been wanting a generator as I have well water and live in a cold climate. Unbelievably, we had a power outage for 2-3 hours just a few hours after installation was completed on the day before a holiday! Switches over without a blink. Great service from my installing electrician, and extended warranty to boot. Couldn't be happier, and so relieved to no longer have to worry about weather!

Our all-electric home has had no alternative source of energy to provide essential heating/cooling during power outages since we moved in several years ago. The prospect of being without power for an extended period of time has always been a worry, particularly during the winter. The Generac generator removes that long-standing anxiety. It has already provided emergency power once, and performed flawlessly.

Got the unit about 11 months ago. Haven't had any power outage yet. It runs once weekly as it's supposed to. I did turn off commercial power a few weeks ago to test. Couldn't do it long enough to test the power shedding to the furnaces. But no issues yet.

We are happy to again have a full house generator at our new condo in New Hampshire. It provides the security we wanted. Leblanc' did an excellent installation and fully explained all its features. We have not yet needed it but I am sure it will operate flawlessly when we need it.

Thoroughly pleased with my standby generator. My mind is always at ease knowing that losing power in my house will be prevented by my Generac standby generator. We lost power about a month ago for an hour and within a few seconds my generator started and I had full electrical power throughout my house. What a great feeling!

I've had a Generac 15kw generator in my home for the last 15 years the case started getting a little rusty but the generator work perfect I replaced it with a brand new 22k Generac generator with the aluminum case hopefully this will last me another 15 more years. great product

Only a couple months after installing the unit, a winter storm caused a 3 day power outage. Our house was the only one with power for the well pump, hot water and heat for the entire time. Pretty straight forward install. My actual costs were about half what a pro quoted not including chasing parts and my labor. Commissioning was straight forward also. Notable notes: Im not 100% satisfied on the auto start. The engine start takes longer than i like and it stumbles a bit. Plan to recheck gas service. Its also a bit louder than expected. From pre buy conversations with local dealers i dont expect much support either because i didnt give them the total sale. Consider that before you buy from a wholesaler.. I will review again after the first power loss.

Ed and his crew were very professional, timely and efficient… The unit was installed, completed and running in one day. This is our first winter storm season that we have the unit. It works GREAT and does exactly what Ed said it would do in a power outage!
