Just completed installation of our 22Kw Guardian generator. Installation was done professionally and the unit started right up. While I hope that we never have to use it, I am very relieved to know that I have purchased one of the best units on the market to keep my family warm and with full power while I am away overseas on frequent business trips.

We purchased the generator because of electrical outages during storms. It has provided backup power 3 times in the past six months. It's performance has been great. Most importantly, we are far more comfortable knowing we have reliable, sufficient backup power if a problem occurs.

Great product. Once a week it tests itself and let's me know that it is ready to run when I need it. I have full sense of security knowing that when I am away that my food will be kept cold and my basement kept dry. When I am home I have light and my water pump works. This is a piece of equipment that I renamed to anyone who needs electricity 24-7.

Installed in October, full 10 year warranty. Power went out on Christmas morning for just under 2 hours. Worked perfectly, turned everything on including the air conditioner and the hot tub, the wife thought I was nuts but, I wanted to put it through it's paces. Awesome product!

I used to worry every time it rained hard. No more! This is the best investment that I have ever made. It tests itself once a week, so it is always ready. I haven't had it long, but twice the power has gone off, and it came right on. I love it and do not why I didn't buy this years ago.

This is one product that you see advertised that will live up to the standard it's advertised to and then some,the peace of mind it gives you is priceless, it looks good,easy to install, works as good as advertised,really works better than advertised, you need to get one for the peace of mind it will give you!!!!

We have a farm an when power goes out we have nothing! not even a tractor generator, so when we lose power its not good. now that we have a Generac generator we don't have to worry anymore. thank you Steve we love our Generac. An we have already had to use it!

My new Generac whole-house generator eliminates the need to refrain from using heat/air during a power outage. Much more convenient. Also, the new plastic housing eliminates the serious rust problem we experienced with the prior metal encased unit. And finally, no more replacing the battery every year. The new charging system has come into the modern ages and does not charge all the time until the battery explodes. Like an iPhone or other device, it only charges when needed and stops at full charge. Overall, I am well-pleases with the new, larger unit and find greater peace of mind in ownership.

Bought two and had them istalled by certified electrician. Had a little electronic issue on one unit and and called generac support. Isolated issue and they had warranty man on location and the issue was fixed in two days from the call. All equipment will have problems from time to time. I will use generac for my office shortly as support and warranty follow up were excellent
