Power goes off generac generator system powers the whole house. Quiet and efficient. My wife and I dreaded power outages​ before never knowing how long before we regained our power. Now it's wow why did we wait so long. It's a great investment for peace of mind.

Our new generator is a comforting sight and adds a level of security knowing our home will stay warm and comfortable regardless of weather and severe storms. We occasionally travel for business and have to leave our pets home for the duration. Knowing our home will never be without power and heat during the winter months is a huge relief. The new generator came to the rescue almost immediately after installation. The power went out and the generator came on and we did not realize it right away because it runs so quietly. Then during the severe weather our power was out for several hours and we were the only family with lights and all the other amenities in our neighborhood. Wonderful!!!

Even though we've only gotten to use our generator for 3 hours since installation, my husband and I appreciate the fact that if and when we do lose power, we don't have to drag out the portable genny, fill her up with gas and oil and repeat that every 4 hours. We look at this as "our retirement dollars at work"! So glad we decided to have Family Electric install this for us!!!

This unit is automated to work as it does each week on a test run.. We have peace of mind just knowing its ready to serve our entire dwelling needs for us.. No individual effort needed on our part for the backup.. Its a great arrangement for us.. Thank you, Generac..

Very pleased with generator !!! Tested auto start feature and generator started in six seconds. The instruction manual section on setting up auto test could be a little clearer !!! I called Generac and they walked me thru the set-up !!! Very happy with generator !!!

We are very pleased with our new Generac. We have had one at our last home and were very pleased with it. We like the new improved look and it also seems quieter. We know how it can come in handy when we have a hurricane because Hurricane Ike hit us and we had a/c, refrigerator, and lights.

Bought 2 months ago and not satisfied ,Contractor had to Come 4 weeks straight to deal with low fuel pressure fault/shutdown during weekly exercise. Not very confident that generator will work properly during loss of power due to these issues Contractor who installed where outstanding

We had to have our generac installed because of our child with special needs. We cannot have interrupted electric due to his medical equipment. Our generac gives us peace of mind and protects our new precious baby. It is nice looking and easy to maintain!

The generator is top quality and is allowing my hundred year old mother to remain in her home with only part time caregiver service. She would be too nervous about power outages to live alone without it. We have confidence in your product. A neighbor has agreed to shovel around the generator if there is more than 8 inches of snow so it can work. It is worth the expense. Installation by one of your certified installers is important too.
