We are very pleased with our purchase and the installation by our electrician. Fortunately we have not needed to use it yet. It does run every Sunday on time like clock work. It has a very nice appearance much nicer then our house a/c unit. We would definitely recommend this generator.

We are very pleased with this Generac generator. The unit was hooked up Oct 2016. It has come on twice already; once for 8 hrs and once for 4 hrs. It performed exactly as advertised. We like the maintenance cycle that is programmed to run every 2 weeks. There is some low level noise, but it is not a problem for us or our neighbors. All weather conditions vary, yet the New England winters can play havoc on the power grid. Even though we are on the grid, we are a few miles away from the main lines, and we would lose power 3-5 times per winter season, from 1-2 days in duration. One day is not so bad, and makes the family actually spend time together, but 2-3 days of no heat, etc. becomes a little challenging in this electronic age. The Generator crossed that gap and provides whole house power during the storm even. On Natural gas (in my case) I'm not worried about Gasoline or Diesel, It auto starts, alerts me on it's performance, provides all the necessities and was well worth the investment. It's January, and we have already had three power outages, although they were only a few hours in duration, the generator would kick right in and provide a normal living environment while the crews fixed the lines. Would I do it again? I should have 5 years ago!.

One of those items one hopes will never need, but wish you had when needed! Was put into action a few days ago during a storm- was completely seamless in terms of activation and performance of required tasks. Quiet, efficient, with no running back and forth to obtain fuel, etc. In summary entire family is glad we have a dependable source of power if needed.

i looked at units from several competitors and generac to decide on a generator for my home. After reviewing the others and talking to the electricians that install these everyday I went with the 22kw Generac. We have had the unit kick in one time because of bad weather that turned the power off all over our area for close to 8 hours, It ran great and did everything we expected, my whole house was able to run flawlessly and we had complete safety and comfort. I would buy again!

After building our new home on the South Texas coast and installing our new Generac with automatic start, we moved in in May 2017. Three weeks later, a huge storm hit and our entire town lost power. Needless to say, we were the only house on our street with power and, thank goodness, air conditioning. Our Generac was worth every penny -- we're so glad we installed it from the beginning!

The first time I needed my generator, thee was a problem with "hunting" for the core ct RPM. I called a local dealer for repairs. He adjusted fuel mix, and said the problem was resolved. The next start up, I had the same issue. This time, he replaced the mixer. Weeks later, there was a loud buzzing fr the mixer. Once again. I got a new mixer. Problem solved, for now.

I truly can not totally review. The unit was installed on time and in a very professional manner. It tests itself every Monday and there are no issues. I have not had a poer outage, since the installation and would have no way to reate the unit until I have one. THANKS RICK
