This product gives us peace of mind in case of a power outage. We really like the wi-fi capability and the fact that our dealer can monitor our unit for service and issues. It's a no-worry solution!

Excellent 14KW generator. I have a relatively small home and the 14KW is more than sufficient to handle ALL me electrical needs. Tested it with all the HEAVY equipment running and it worked just fine.

22kw gas was installed February, 2020. Never a problem. Power has dropped out a number of times from 30 minutes to 4 hours and never an issue. Best investment ever made!

I waited 4 months for the unit. (G0072099) After installation I was told it didn't have WiFi connection because it was shipped without a computer chip! What else does the chip control? What other features won't work? Not happy!
