We bought this generator to be prepared for the next storm. It had great reviews and a great appearance. The price was comparable to other models the accessibility to 24/7 help was a plus for me

I was contacted by Generac prior to install (1/13/22) and was told of a 7 wear warranty available. upon install there was only a 5 yr warranty. not sure what is up. other wise, this is a great generator!

Installation by local Generac dealer was effortless and professional. All electrical and gas permits and arrangements were taken care of and commissioning the unit was flawless and on time. Highly recommend my Generac dealer.

Wow .... I work in the field of automation and it was a flawless installation. The hood was damaged in shipment but it is to be replaced so I am waiting on that but other than that it was a great installation and startup.

The installer had to spend 12 hours trying to get this up and running RIGHT out of the box . He determined it had a bad controller panel . Now I need to wait for repair on a brand new generator. HUGE disappointment
