Unbelievable project completed on time just wonderful. I am an older woman who lives alone in the mountains of western North Carolina but I continue to work out of town . Since I am gone for days at a time I could not take a chance that I would come home to no electricity and broken pipes my Generac has been faithful from day one it is easy to look at I had it hooked up to propane to save some money and it has been working wonderfully I would never suggest anyone who lives alone and leaves their home for more than a few days to not have the wonderful power of Generac to keep things running smoothly should the power not return for a while thank you Generac and a special shout out to Doug Who was so patient with explaining all the directions for use of the Generac and for the installation is a one-of-a-kind southern gentleman and I cannot thank him enough . I love my Generac thank you

I bough my generac for one purpose and it meets that need To keep my house going when all the power is out. So I do not get excited over the product but I do feel a greater sense of peace knowing I will not be without power. Test Cycles run, Diagnostics show good to go. What more does anyone need, then to know, No matter how bad the storm Your Fridge, ac, heat, and everything else will be there for you. I do not recommend anything to anybody. Everyone should make up their Own mind.

Received the unit in a timely manner, extremely well packed Was installed by me without drama, not the easiest for a somewhat non-qualified amateur but if you have reasonable electrical skills & a bit of common sense along with the willingness to follow instructions (not my greatest trait,, ) ,,,,,,,,,, it's not bad So far so good the only thing it doesn't like is my air compressor but I knew that going in as it draws ±180amps measured on start so is going to need a soft start modification & hopefully that will make it happy.

The all house Generator is worthy of being in every home. You never know when the power is interupted. At the age of 81 I don't need to be running around in the dark when the power goes out in time of storms. I appreciate the fact that if the power does go out, I have a back'up and that is my all house Generac on stand'by when the power is knocked out Generac is on stand'by and ready to turn on when needed. Thank you Generac for this great product. I would definately re-commend this product,

I bought one of the first automatic standby Generacs years ago. I hope the new one is as good as the old. The old one was plug and play on the wiring. New one is more difficult on wiring. Have to call or go on Internet to activate. They don't want the average homeowner to install, that's a missed opportunity. Good unit so far.

This is the second Generac generator that I have purchased. The first was for a prior home that I have used for years. Whenever there was a power outage it turned on immediately like old faithful. Always there to back us up. I am now in a new home and have purchased another Generac generator for it. I was happy to leave the first generator for the family that bought my first home. I know they will appreciate having it.

Installed 22kw unit in October 2016. We are away for several weeks during the winter and we were always fearful that a power outage would result in catastrophic damage to our home and business due to frozen pipes. We also have a sewer pump/grinder unit that only has a capacity of 100 gallons. If we lost power, we couldn't use water without fear of sewage backing up into our house.. My electrician recommended Generac over the other leading brand and reviews backed up his opinion. So we had it installed. It took about a week due to the additional installation of two propane tanks. To date it has given us peace of mind when we are away. The mobile link has worked great allowing us to check the status of the generator when we are out of state. We haven't had any power outages as of yet, but I'm sure one will happen sooner before later.

This is a great product. Gives a homeowner a sense of security. The price was good and the explanation of the product was easy to understand. I wish we had done this years ago. I look forward to recommending this product to any friends or relatives who may be in the market to purchase.

Purchased 22KW Unit in Jul 2016. Installation instruction were excellent. The unit has furnished power during two outages since installed and operated flawlessly. I would recommend this unit to anyone who, like me, lives in a rural area where frequent loss of power is likely. CLM, Vanceboro, NC

Professional interaction with installer, Spectrum electric. They know the Generac product and how to install it inside and out. Only one instance of power outage since installation. Generator performed perfectly for approx 1.5 hours during outage and kept house comfortable including heating units operation. My only complaint is that the unit is noisier than expected and location between houses amplifies the noise during operation.
