From order process to the installation, everything went smoothly. Other than the weekly maintenance testing, haven’t had any outages since the installation. Get weekly updates on the system after the testing process is done. Highly recommended if your area is or has outages.

Site preparation was simple and the dealer installed this 22kw unit complete with transfer switch and associated wiring in one day. Unit performs self test once a week which gives us piece of mind that it will be available during an actual power outage.

I live in the deep south, and hurricanes and floods occur often, so loss of power is a common occurrence for us. We had been wanting a whole house generator for a while. After Katrina, we were without power for 5 weeks. We suffered through using portable generators for the last few years, but with our advancing age, the hassle of using two or three small generators to keep our freezers, well pump, and lights running got to be a real hassle! So we finally invested in a Generac whole house generator. That is one of the better decisions of our lifetime! We researched and talked to other owners before buying, and decided that Generac brand was the best choice. We are confident that this purchase will give us many years of hassle free service. So far- so good. I haven't needed it yet, but knowing it is there if I ever do gives me peace of mind. It took a long time to schedule installation in my area due to a backlog, but they did a great job (except for not leaving me the key, but I was out of town when it was installed) and it looks great. Too soon to really comment on overall quality, but the weekly exercise and online connectivity work as advertised. For the money, I don't regret my decision for one second.

Just got our standby generator installed. Was very pleased with the service and after the load testing my 22KW unit running my whole home. I have (2) AC Heat Pumps,Hot Tube and all electric appliances. Unit runs at 50% so we still have plenty of capacity. Will have to watch my neighbors to make sure they aren’t running cords over lol. We are very pleased with the company that did the installation. They arrived on time after having ensured via phone that the order was in line with what we wanted. The installation team explained all aspects of the installation and the ongoing use/maintenance of the system. Work was completed in a timely fashion.

Generator has been installed and appears to work well. I have not had the opportunity to power the home in a real loss of power to date. Install team was great to work with. It did take 3 days to install over the course of 6 weeks which is longer than I wanted but at the end of the day they did a good job on install.

The whole house generator works exactly as advertised. The available whole house surge protector from SPS is wonderful. I can now get rid of all the other ones scattered around the house protecting various electronics. Specialized Power Services is customer focused and did an excellent job installing and explaining its features. Two refrigerators and a chest freezer no longer are a concern when the power goes out from falling trees and best yet - our spa is useable. No more gasoline powered generator, attaching it in the rain or snow, to run some products e.g. furnace and a few selected items.

we had already ordered our Generac before Florrence hit but the delivery was delayed . now we are set up and ready for whatever mother nature has in store . the unit is attractive ,runs quietly and the test was simple and very impressive. our representative was very patient and thorough going over our use instructions. we are confident it will be easy to use and he will be there for any questions or concerns we may have. ours is a 22kw/999 guard-no t/sw al

Installed Dec 2019, Westhaven, would listen to it start up and run every two weeks for 10 minutes to keep itself ready. Power went out January 2021 for two days, it fired up 10 seconds after power went out and never shut down. Ran everything in the house no problem and we were the only ones around able to do everything we normally do in our house. Had friends come over in the morning to go duck hunting and they said it was weird as we were only home with lights on. Best investment ever !!!!!!!!
