Kudos to all involved in our generator installation. From Mike who initially came to our home and got the ball rolling to Ann who kept us apprised of the process as things progressed then checked on us after the installation to Mike and AAron who actually installed the generator. Just installed today and install was great really good crew. When he went to do test of system generator unit fired up but would not switch over to power the house. Installer said there is a defective switch in unit preventing transfer. I understand things happen and am hoping once replaced generator will perform as expected and provide the peace of mind il looking for and the reliability GENERAC is known for.

Very pleased with our 20kw generac. We live in a rural area where we have saw power outages last up till two weeks. This generator gives us peace of mind with all out deep freezers full of meat. Runs our whole house just fine. I would recommend anyone that can afford one to go ahead and get one. I have wanted one for years just hated to spend the money for it. Was money well spent when im away at work and the power is off with a family is hard. Not anymore i can montior it right from my phone and look at the status. Family can carry on just like the power isnt off. Dont let anyone cut any corners on installation make them do quality work and everything will be safe. Thanks Generac!

Thank you Generac. I installed the 22kw about two years ago after we lost power for a day. Hurricane Florence just devestated NC. We did not suffer any loses but we lost power. The generator came on immediately and ran for two days nonstop. I felt bad for the neighbors in the sweltering heat. My adult children all came and stayed with us and we were safe and happy with full a/c and everything powered on. We watched movies and weathered the storm easily. It was truly amazing. Thank you!!! Best investment I’ve ever made!!

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, where the winters can get chilly and snowstorms are frequent. With all the talk in the media ref massive Grid Outages, I decided to have this model installed. As I live alone, I have no problem powering my whole house, if required. I do have Natural Gas: Furnace, Hot Water tank, Fireplace and BBQ; the Genny also runs off of Natural Gas. The install team was friendly and very professional, and their work was neat and tidy. Although I have not had any outages yet, it does give me peace of mind...

This automatic generator gives us peace of mind in the many storms we have to deal with in South Louisiana! It has a weekly check to make sure all is in order. The installation by the very qualified dealer was done quickly and without any problems. I will definitely recommend this product!

We love our whole house generator so now we don't have to worry about being without power. We upgraded the WIFI feature to cellular service for WIFI so that we don't even have to rely on our home WIFI. The warranty on the generator is great and gives us lots of peace of mind. If something goes wrong , the company can look at the generator remotely at any time and diagnosis the problem quickly. Great Product and highly recommended.

Brent at Browning Power Systems in Michigan and Clint at Generac were awesome to work with! Brent gave us a couple of options for generators. He was on site thru the entire installation & took care of all the little details. Greatly appreciated all he did & look forward to having a working generator when needed!

Our installer (Power Tech) was outstanding to work with. They made all the arrangements with the power company, gas company and inspectors. They ever brought some other electrical appliances up to current code. I would recommend them and the Generac Generator to anyone interested in having this type of insurance for your home!
