Generator has not worked properly since it was bought in 2019. We have had 7 so called tecs, working on it and the only thing they do is hand us a bill. The only thing theyknow how to do is change the easy parts, not a one knows how to analize the generator and pin point the problem. When ever the temps go above 70 deg. the red light comes on and a1505 code is shown. The same code comes up every time after it runs a weekly exercise.

This generator is so quiet that I don't even realize when it comes on. My electricity was out for over 30 minutes, and I didn't even realize it was off. I received a notice from my electric company that it had been restored. The test run comes on once a week and I forget to see if it works because I don't hear it. My neighbor's generator makes so much noise when it comes on that I can hear it anywhere in my house. I absolutely recommend this generator!!

Just purchased a 22kw whole house Generac. The process from sales to installation was seamless and professional. Jesse Causey electric did a fantastic installation preceded by the natural gas hookup. After being without power for 4 days during the last hurricane, we decided to protect our home and lifestyle with whole house protection. Since we travel a lot, having the automatic on interface means we do not worry while we are gone.

I live in Southern Ontario, Canada, where the winters can get chilly and snowstorms are frequent. With all the talk in the media ref massive Grid Outages, I decided to have this model installed. As I live alone, I have no problem powering my whole house, if required. I do have Natural Gas: Furnace, Hot Water tank, Fireplace and BBQ; the Genny also runs off of Natural Gas. The install team was friendly and very professional, and their work was neat and tidy. Although I have not had any outages yet, it does give me peace of mind...

The product was everything it was purported to be. Very satisfied with Generac, have a 12000 watt generac portable for on the job backup also. However be careful who you purchase from. Norwall power systems. uploads your order stating that additional shutoff switches are required (2) due to NEC Requirements. Additional costs $35 ea. For a total of $70.00 When shown that their rep. was in error, after delivery. you are told you will have to pay return shipping and an additional 20% restocking fee, with pictures and additional stipulations that are not consumer friendly. Read their return policy. there is no customer service.

Had the unit installed just before Hurricane Harvey hit Texas. The automated transfer switch is a blessing. When the power got knocked out at 2:30 AM it kicked in immediately. So responsive I didn't even need to reset the timer on my coffee pot or alarm. It performed perfectly for over 32 hours. We run on propane and followed our propane suppliers recommendation to increase the tank size to 500 gallons

The dealer we went through, Warren Welding of Berryville Ar, was wonderful to work with in every aspect of the purchase to the final installation. The generator works great and has given us the peace of mind whenever there maybe a power outage that our home will be supplied with electricity. We live in a remote area and this is an important issue for us.

I love on Corpus Christi Texas. After being without power for 8 days after Hurricane Harvey. I decided I needed to get one. I have a handicapped son and need to have power for his equipment. I was just installed last week. Installation went great. Will was very helpful from start to finish. Unit looks great. Works great. Peace of mind now. Best Investment.

in startup process for Guardian 22kW Home Backup Generator with Whole House Transfer Switch WiFi-Enabled - for the first time i'll have peace of mind that our house will be protected from power outages - we've had 2 major ( 3days - 1 week) outages in 5 years. Portable generators never could do the job with 2 zone central ac and heat and an electric kitchen - at best made it seem we were on a camping trip. Lots of generac units in our neighborhood attesting to quality and confidence. Our generac recommended dealer/installer was a class act - did a beautiful job on a difficult install

I had a 16kw generator that got damaged by lightening and replaced it with the new 22KW model. It is quite an improvement. I love the way you can disconnect loads. This is great for me because I have AC and would love to automatically disable it if necessary. The installation was easy and the appearance is great. I have it out by the pool house and can barely hear it running Highly recoomended!
