First off, let me say the generator and the crew who installed would get 10 stars if possible. Make sure installer has someone to handle all permits and follow through as we had to run on generator all night due to permit not being sent to power company

The installation process went without a hitch. Completely a one step process of selecting a Contractor for the entire job. I bought the full system plus propane tank and it was all installed in one morning with no problems including trenching for the gas line of 90 feet. The system started right up and they instructed me on the use of the system very clearly. The simplicity was astounding and the features of surge protection and load dropping and addition fully automatic. I was impressed. Never in my 80 years have I seen such an install of this complexity go so smoothly.

Just had the Generac installed this week and now We have the peace of mind when we go on vacation or out of town and the power goes out there is no need to worry about my freezers and refrigerator not operating. Also the sump pump is always ready without shutting down in a storm. The Two gentlemen that did the install were highly trained in installation of these units. they answered every question I could think of. I highly recommend anyone who want peace of mind to get one what an asset to add to our property. Thank you.

We had the 26kW-7291 Guardian Home Backup Generator with Whole House Switch WiFi-Enabled installed during October 2022 for the primary purpose of having backup power during the occasional storm related, or other unforeseen power outages, that will occur while living life. Also got it for the rare hurricane related power outage that will happen living in the best State in the USA....Florida. On Christmas Eve 2022 at 1830 hours there was a twelve hour power outage! It happen to also be one of those times in Florida when a COLD weather front was moving through the state and the temperatures were in the upper 30's to mid 40's at night. Right at 60 seconds after the power went off the Generator started up and everything in the house was back on. Can you image power going off on Christmas Eve for twelve hours...the food in the over, on the stove and in the microwave and refrigerators, etc, etc. So as far as I'm concerned the generator paid for itself that night. The only issue I had was to reset the microwave and stove clocks...what a pain:). Seriously thou this Generator is great and I highly recommend it. We installed a 500 gallon underground propane tank as fuel source and after doing the math we should be able to run everything in the house as usual for at least 7 days and longer if we did get back power on several accessories.

I no longer have to store 25 gallons of treated fuel and rotate it out every 6 months and I no longer have to drag the generator out in bad weather to power up the house. Best part also is not having to find a gas station with a generator for their pumps to work during a power cut. With all that said we ABSOLUTELY love this generator. We have it hooked up to 4 120 gallon propane tanks. We had one power outage for about 15 minutes and the transition was almost seamless from the time the power went out .....10 seconds later we were up and running. It was worth every penny. Knowing my family is safe if I am away during an outage is priceless. We also no longer have to worry if we are away and the power goes and having to come home to spoiled food. I also love the Mobile Link wifi set up. I have the status of the genny right on the Mobile Link app!! This generator is an absolute sanity saver! :-)

Very pleased with our 20kw generac. We live in a rural area where we have saw power outages last up till two weeks. This generator gives us peace of mind with all out deep freezers full of meat. Runs our whole house just fine. I would recommend anyone that can afford one to go ahead and get one. I have wanted one for years just hated to spend the money for it. Was money well spent when im away at work and the power is off with a family is hard. Not anymore i can montior it right from my phone and look at the status. Family can carry on just like the power isnt off. Dont let anyone cut any corners on installation make them do quality work and everything will be safe. Thanks Generac!

We have had our 22KW Generator with Transfer switch a few days. We researched these generators for almost a year before picking the Generac. Our dealer did a great job in installing. setting it up and going over the details with us. We have a sump pump in the basement with a short term back-up, but the power has been off long enough for us to have to pack up a gasoline generator to keep the home from flooding. We now have complete peace of mind that not only the sump pump, but the entire house will not lose power again. It has given us the sensation of freedom from that worry ever again. We would recommend the Generac generator!

Even though the product is pricy, loosing refrigerators and freezers of food quickly reduces the price of the generator. I bought a portable, but it was not user friendly and left a lot of work to do in an outage. Now we do not worry about outages when we are away. The noise level is not a problem and we barely hear it running. The contractor was fast, courteous, and neat in setting up the generator.

Bonney installed a Generac generator at my home and the quality of the installation and their professionalism and courtesy far exceeded my expectations. They were very clear about the cost and timeline and communicated with me on a regular basis. Also, I never felt pressured to make a quick decision regarding the contract. The particular team that came to my home (Michael, Cole, Kim and Jonathan) were beyond polite and treated me and my property with the utmost respect. I was astounded that, after digging large trenches and creating a pad, they were determined to restore the ground around the generator exactly as they found it, including redistributing the decorative bark. After the installation, Cole carefully led me through the information I needed to know in regards to assessing the generator's status and how to reset it if necessary. I cannot speak for Bonney's other services, but am confident that they excel in those areas as well. All in all, I would recommend Bonney above any other company in my area and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Our dealer,Findlay Generator Systems, carefully analyzed our needs with us and within a week our kw22 was installed and working. While we have not yet had a power outage, our Generac tests itself every Wednesday and it's comforting to know that, regardless whether we are home or away, the house essentially protects itself from harm. We should have bought one a long time ago!
