Not sure this is a good value next to Wright offering. Baking bacon is a little trickier - definitely creates more grease. Taste is definitely different than Wright.

Although the bacon shrinkage was minimal, the bacon is extremely greasy with emphasis on greasy! And the meat content is also minimal in comparison to the fat content. And to be sure that I was not being bias as a "Wright" bacon customer I purchased this bacon 2-3 times.

This bacon is okay. I usually like Members Mark choices but this is not one of my favorites.

Thick cut and lean. Very flavorful. Doesn’t shrink as much as regular cut bacon.
