Had a lot of liquid in the package. The bacon would not crisp no matter how I cooked it. It came out leathery.

Too salty. Cooks well whether you like it crispy or on the softer side. The salt takes away from it having a lot of flavor.

Fantastic thickness with great balance of lean and fat. Smokiness is a bit lighter than I prefer, but the whole family enjoyed it!

Do not know what type of chemical this bacon has but when I pan-fry it, a dark-type gunk tar sticks to the pan.. and it is not burnt fat or protein because when it is cold, the gunk is hard as a rock!
