Hello Valued Customer! It's unfortunate to learn your portable vacuum did not meet your expectations. Please be advised that the vacuum runtime varies depending on the task and the setting you are using. If the vacuum is used at its highest speed the battery will average run up to 10 minutes and 20 minutes on a low speed. I recommend intermittent the runtime between a high and low to help combat your runtime. Should you have any further questions please check out our self-help options on our website at https://www.worx.com/contact?openByDefault=true. If you are unable to find the answer to your questions, our chat team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST. It will be our pleasure to assist you!
