Chain oii compartment leaks. Disconcerting for a new piece of equipment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and review with us! Please ensure that the bar and chain have been properly tensioned. Some oil dripping while in storage is normal. However, make sure it is stored in an upright position with the oil cap facing up. Also, you can try a thicker oil, however, thinner oils tend to work best with the auto oiling function. Most importantly, keep in mind WORX tools are covered by a warranty. We are happy to replace the saw if needed.
