I loved the ideas of these lunch boxes. But they close kind of hard and we are on our second set. The closing latch always falls apart as you can see in the photo.

My son likes his backpack alot, especially the chest buckle. It really helps him keep the straps in place for a little guy (4). When the backpack ripped, customer service was very helpful in issuing a replacement.

We had 4 lunch boxes rotating with daily use and washing. All of them eventually and fairly quickly got mold in the seal like several reviews say. Now we’ve got all the interior parts and there doesn’t appear to be a way to replace the outer shell.

We love Bentgo! One of our containers had mold on the top and we weren't able to clean it with vinegar. Bentgo sent us a replacement part right away - very easy process excellent customer service.

I purchased the Kids Chill Lunch Box and it is perfect for my little guy. The food stays separated and you can keep the food fresh with the addition chill compartment. I would highly recommend this product for the kids.

We have been a Bentgo customers for quite sometime, I’m not aware of better lunch and snack box option at an affordable price. Customer service is quick and efficient in case of any issues which is rare.

Great for my 4 year old. He’s had it 1.5 years for school. The ice pack started to warp causing it to have difficulty closing, I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful, said they will send a replacement. Thank you
