Haven't had it long, but great for snacks and little kids lunch size. We had our previous Bentgo kids lunch boxes for over 5 years, so definitely great products

Horrible. Stays cold for about an hour or two. Customer service stated that is by design. If I use it it still has to be packed with an extra ice pack. Waste of money and space in the cupboard.

This lunch box keeps food nice and cold. Perfectly portioned, and all around fun to look at. My kids love the look of this luchbox and i love the functionality! Will definitely recommend!

Absolutely great! I love that I can pack it the night before and freeze the insert separately. It is easy to put together the following morning and it keeps food cold for hours!

We love our bentgo! My 4 year old son’s favorite thing to do in the mornings is help me pack his lunch now! He tells me what he would like for each compartment, knowing one has to be a fruit and one has to be a vegetable!

My 2yo loves this. We pack her food anytime we’re out of the house for 2+ hrs. It’s fun for her to help me pack her lunch too. Doing more picnics and the cold pack really does keep it cool!

This is exactly the right size for a small diaper/snack bag. And the green dino print isn't obviously a kid print, so I don't feel awkward wearing it as an adult.

I like this lunchbox a lot - the food seems to stay cold for quite a while. I wish you had inserts available like the non-chill kids' lunchboxes so I could make lunch for the week and keep it in the fridge ready to pop in.

This is the perfect size backpack, with many storage pockets perfect for organization. I bought this for my daughter for preschool and her teacher even commented on how well it works for keeping things together.

It is a perfect size for kids lunch, you won’t send to much food to get wasted. The ice pack truly does keep things cool until lunch. Food won’t spill in the lunchbox
