Great back pack for my kindergartener! Not oversized, but small enough that it’s manageable for her. She can likely use it several years before she outgrows it. And the Bentgo lunch box is awesome!

We bought this backpack because we loved the option of putting my child's bentgo lunch box in the bottom insulated pouch. We are still waiting to use it for when school starts, but it seems very well made.

This is the third Bentgo chill I've bought, not because they break down, is because they're beautiful and practical. They're very durable and keep the cold inside perfectly.

Well made with a lot of thought going into how kids use and abuse backpacks. I had an issue with the lunch box and it was handled quickly through Customer Service. Very satisfied.

Horrible. Stays cold for about an hour or two. Customer service stated that is by design. If I use it it still has to be packed with an extra ice pack. Waste of money and space in the cupboard.

This backpack is durable, effective, and adorable. The Bento box is perfect to pack a lunch and the lunchbox portion is big enough to put in a drink and other goodies as well. And best of all, we don’t end up with forgotten and lost lunchboxes.

Very good quality backpack and I love the pockets that it has. The ice pack in the lunchbox gives so many more options for lunch items that need to stay cold.

Very excited they have the freezer pack to go under tray. We bought it once we found this version. We have the traditional without the ice pack which is great but for school lunches with yogurt and stuff this is a great option

I've purchased several bentgo lunch boxes fur my girls over the last 3 years. They've all been awesome. They love the compartments and it keeps fluid from fruit or veggies from soaking into dry items.

This bag is marketed as a children’s backpack, but I purchased it for a work bag! It is the perfect size to hold all the things I need each day and the insulated pouch in PERFECT for my bentgo lunch box. 10/10 recommend this for adults or kids!!
