My daughter loved the vibrant purple color and detailed unicorns on the backpack. The lunch box is the perfect size for her lunch and snacks. The stitching is good and strong. Overall very pleased with the backpack.

I love the concept, but I ended up returning both lunch boxes. Upon opening it, I realized that they were too heavy for my 4 and 6 year olds and would be heavier with the ice pack and food. It didn’t seem ideal unfortunately.

We like this lunch box and the feature of a built-in ice pack is awesome. The only downfall I would say is I wish the ice pack would stay cold a little longer. Other than that its a great product for my kiddos.

Perfect size for my 3yr old and very easy to use keeps everything cool. Just kinda heavy for my 3 yr old to keep in her backpack. Wish I just bought the regular bento and just used ice packs to keep it cool so it would weigh less.

Very sweet lunchbox. My five year old loves it and has no problem getting it open and closed. It only fits a half a sandwich in the largest compartment and the ice pack doesn’t stay cold for much longer than two hours… it’sa great box though!

The laptop section is too tight for a school laptop. I love the backpack. Feels well built but wish it would hold her laptop in the padded section. I feel this is an area you should consider improving.

For years my son has been using the original bento bundle and now it is time for our daughter to start bringing lunch so we decided to upgrade for her and got a bundle of the Chill Box with the ice pack as a sleeve insert. We have loved them so far.

My kid is 25, this was for me! I love this Bentgo box. Anything I put in it stays chilled all day. My co-workers want one. It fits perfectly in my purse and stores the perfect amount of food to get me through the work day.

It's cute, it's the right size for my 8 year old. I somehow missed the part where the bento was NOT included. That is why I purchased it, thought it was a set. It is a bit bulky for a kids locker.

I love that it has a built in ice pack, that's so handy and I feel like it will keep food cold longer since it's on the inside. My kids eat a lot so I do wish it was a little bigger but overall it's great!
