I spent a year looking at budget options for shade in the backyard before finally deciding to splurge on the Norwood 10x12. Glad I did. Assembly was pretty straightforward, there were a couple spots where the boards were warped or the holes were a bit out of tolerance and I had to drill them a bit larger to make things line up, but that's to be expected with wood. I did most of it myself, and then recruited a few friends to help me stand it up and complete the final steps. Would recommend at least 3 helpers for standing it up and getting the roof panels on. Could be done with fewer, but more makes it much easier. Finished it with Australian Timber Oil. Looks great, nice and sturdy. The building inspector referred to it as "handsome."

We needed some shade for our 1960’s brick patio and I finally decided on the Norwood 16 x 12. We are extremely happy with it and the beauty of the cedar pairs so well with the old brick! I had 2 friends (one was a retired contractor) help and we finished it just short of 3 days. Our patio slants downhill some so we had to pour some good size concrete pilings. We followed the written directions and the app and only had to back up a couple of times. We are using it as a cook shed and outdoor bar. We even came up with a few suggestions for ease of putting it together! Extremely pleased!!

I am extremely happy with my new carport. It works perfectly for me and I keep my Ford F150 in it. We live in the Sierra’s and have to deal with snow. This carport is superb in these conditions. I was originally going to have an attached carport built. This was a much better and more economical solution.

But my little car fit nicely under the small gazebo so now it’s a carport. I’m very happy with the purchase. The assembly team did a great job also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 20x12 gazebo I purchased was more than I expected . Very solid construction and was pretty easy to put together . The wood and black powder coated bracketry are all very sturdy and look great . Very happy with everything about this gazebo .

We’ve had this gazebo installed for a year. Stained every board before installation. Put it together by myself except for installing the roof panels. The instructions were very easy to follow. Sitting here, by the lake, with the soft rain sprinkles making music on the roof is just about the best thing I can imagine. I’d recommend this gazebo to anyone anywhere.

My husband got me this as a birthday gift a year ago. It’s been a delightful addition to our back patio and we have enjoyed it daily. It provides a wonderful shady spot for our outdoor table and chairs set. Assembly did take quite a few hours but the directions were clear.

I purchased this product and was on the schedule everything was good until the week of delivery. Freight company pushed back delivery date multiple times. Took the day off work to ensure the delivery arrived on time. Perfect arrived day before install. Confirmed with Goconfigure the night before. Spoke with installer. Everything is good. Day of install, the installer Phil went MIA. I called and texted him 25 times, no response. Goconfigure contacted him, no response. Now im stuck with 1200 pounds and 8 boxes blocking my driveway. No care or urgency now that they have my money.

It has been 1 year since we bought and installed our gazebo and have had Zero issues. I highly recommend downloading the installation app in conjunction with the manual. It was a simple but time consuming install. It was well packaged and easy to locate part numbers. After assembly, it is very sturdy beautiful wood and design.
