The Gazebo did take longer than stated, but that is to be expected with the amount of hardware that is needed to put this together. It was difficult to see the numbers on the boards with the darker stain, but by process of elimination, we were able to figure it out. The customer service has been fantastic and both agents I have spoken to about stain have been absolutely accommodating and wonderful. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this in June and we utilized it all summer long. We put furniture, bar and tv under it and lived out there. The only thing that we added that we didn’t have an option to buy was a gutter system. If this option was available I didn’t see it and would definitely use it.

My wife and her friend saw this gazebo at Sams Warehouse for $1600. Price was right so we ordered it right away. They let us know that Sams had ordered 6 of these and wasnt expected to come in for quite a while. So I got on to the internet to find it somewhere else. Now when I was doing this it was right before Mothers Day and this was going to be perfect for her in the backyard. In my search i found this same gazebo on your website Backyard Discovery. But at a substantually higher cost $2400. My wife didnt like it but I ordered it anyway knowing it was going to be here the following week. . Timing was perfect for her Mothers Day. I bought it and our sons came to put it together on Mothers Day. I have to say this kit was really well thought out. the instructions were so easy to follow. Even for this dum truckdriver. I'm so happy I purchased this gazebo. It adds a great look to my backyard patio. Everything was labeled nicely to put together, although at times it was a little confusing. In all it took about 10 hours to put together with multiple people but so worth it in the end!

The family certainly wants to spend time outside while dad grills and even on the cold West Virginia winters we are hanging outside. The gazebo was priced well and the wood smelled beautifully when we opened the boxes. It took my husband and neighbor 3 full days to put up but it was bonding bro-time, so they took it slow while sipping beers and eating pizza. The gazebo is really heavy which is great for the wind gusts of WV, and we have mounted a fan, and some sun curtains to enjoy the time outside all year round. I 100% recommend this brand. No pieces were missing or broken and the instructions were thorough. It was a cool experience for everyone, even the neighbors come hang out in our little concrete pad of heaven.

Installation guys were perfect and highly professional. Since we live next door to our three grandchildren (and their parents), our backyards are connected and we spend a huge amount of time playing and eating and talking under our classy, beautiful gazebo. First bit of advice is don’t print using dark ink on a clear plastic bag when the contents of the bag are the same color as the ink. Second, the manifests detailing what each box contains should all be accessible without having to open each box. This would allow people to strategically unpack things and organize them. I just started assembling today so I will update the review as I progress.
