My wife and her friend saw this gazebo at Sams Warehouse for $1600. Price was right so we ordered it right away. They let us know that Sams had ordered 6 of these and wasnt expected to come in for quite a while. So I got on to the internet to find it somewhere else. Now when I was doing this it was right before Mothers Day and this was going to be perfect for her in the backyard. In my search i found this same gazebo on your website Backyard Discovery. But at a substantually higher cost $2400. My wife didnt like it but I ordered it anyway knowing it was going to be here the following week. . Timing was perfect for her Mothers Day. I bought it and our sons came to put it together on Mothers Day. I have to say this kit was really well thought out. the instructions were so easy to follow. Even for this dum truckdriver. Mind you, I’d been researching cost, style, and overall ease of assembly for a really long time. I found this one and we pulled the trigger! Perfect we think. We live were we get a lot of wind and snow and so far it’s held its own. So do all of our neighbors, friends and the delivery guys. Absolutely love it. It’s beautiful and looks like it will last a long time. Very highly recommend.

I not only gave it 5 stars for quality but also for customer service. We had to columns that had split at the bottom. My husband was concerned as they were the wait bearing columns. He called on a Saturday late afternoon expecting to get a recording. They answered and said they would send both columns right out. On Monday we received the notification that they had sent them FedEx 2 day. This was not expected. We had to get in touch with them with 2 more questions… my husband emailed at 11pm and had a response by 9:30 the next morning. We will be buying another gazebo to cover our deck. The quality is excellent and the instructions are thorough. My husband would rather read the instructions but when he didn’t understand something the app walked him through it. My husband takes his time but the picture shows the progress right now. We highly recommend this company and their products. Just save us a 20x12 for our deck when we need it lol Thanks VP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted this gazebo for a very long time and finally made the purchase this summer. It fits perfectly on my deck. And it is a wonderful outdoor Oasis basically extending my entertainment space. This will be the first winter where I do not have to move my deck furniture into storage since the gazebo is constructed so well with such great coverage. I highly recommend!

The gazebo itself is beautiful and very sturdy. But it took way longer to build than the directions stated, and more people than recommended to "slide" the roof into place. Also, there was no template for the eletric box. The Bilt directions differed than the printed directions, which was confusing, and we ran out of screws for the roof because of it. Overall a great product, just the directions were done poorly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MY wife and i had a poorly constructed pergola over an aging deck when we bought our home 3.5 years ago. We decided to have the deck replaced and found this Cordova gazebo would be perfect for shade. The hip roof design gives it a more premium look. WE also love the power box with 3 ac outlets and 3 USB power ports. Although we haven't had the opportunity to use it much due to weather but the quality of materials is outstanding, especially for a kit.

The assembly of the product has very little tolerance for error and field conditions. Roof panels do not overlap with wide seams. I have a concern for when it rains that water will drip through the seams. Further the fact that the entire process requires assistance of others to install is a downfall in my opinion. Assembly of the roof in four units that each require lifting is not a good idea. The units are very heavy and lifting is awkward and not safe for a 16ft section. The roof should be considered to be assembled in place. Hardware is a low grade steel and should be replaced/ upgraded in key areas such as where the roof sections combine. Overall the unit has a nice look but could benefit from another person or review assembly by a single person.

The addition of this gazebo has created a nice outdoor living space on our deck. The deck was way too open and hot prior to adding this. It provides shade and keeps out outdoor furniture dry. It is also sturdy enough to hadle 2 feet of heavy wet snow in MA. I hang a hammock chair from the perimeter beams and added some outdoor curtains to manage the sunshine. My only complaint is that the perimeter roof trim installs over the roof panels which prevents snow from sliding off and directing water runoff onto the wood. This detail could be better. Assembly is time consuming, but the instructions are good and hardware is high quality.

This is an extremely well engineered item. I was contemplating building a gazebo from blueprints but I opted to get the Cordova. I was expecting to sacrifice some quality for the reduced amount of time that I would have to spend assembling and constructing it. What a surprise! The quality of this unit far exceeds my expectations. It is really a fantastic unit and worth every penny.

My Cordova Gazebo is such an added space. My family loves the leisure pleasure of the Cordova. It has added so much joy and beauty to out backyard. Guest want to get one for their entertainment pleasure. I would definitely purchase again. Very sturdy and looks beautiful.
