I bought this AC through a recommendation from my sister , she has three and work perfectly. When I got my apartment, I didn't think twice and order one for me. Very quiet and looks modern. Love this product and super recommended. Great customer service. It was an easy summer in NYC because of this amazing AC.

I live in the Chihuahua desert I stand by this product when it reaches 112 outside. I have one in every room of my house because I live in a historic building with no AC. And moreover I stand by this company with their amazing customer service who helped me out when I was in a pickle. They gave me stress-free troubleshooting and fast responses. The best support I've honestly had in years. And with no subscription go figure, other companies wish they had customer service like this.

We purchased three Windmill AC units at the same time after unexpectedly needing to replace our previous brand, and we couldn't be happier. Affordability was important, but so was finding something that was both powerful and quiet—especially with Chicago summers that regularly hit well over 100°.We keep our window units installed year-round since radiator heat can be unpredictable, and even in the coldest months our home can feel uncomfortably warm. Because of that, we also wanted something that looked great and wasn't an eyesore. Windmill delivered on every front.I was initially drawn to the simple, clean design, but the performance has been just as impressive. We've used these units for three seasons now with zero complaints. Bonus points for the seamless Google Home integration—we love being able to adjust the temperature remotely and keep our dogs comfortable when we're away.

I love my Windmill AC. It looks so much nicer than most A/C's, it can be co trolled by my phone, and it cools quickly! The only down side is that it would vibrate at certain points when running, but thst was easily rectified by placing a wedge in the window (I used a piece of wood cut to size). It gave enough pressure on the window to stop the rattle.

I have a small house in upstate New York that is about 1000 ft.2 and my 10,000 BTU Windmill Air extremely quietly cools the whole house even in the hottest days of the summer. It's attractive, easy to change filters on, and extremely quiet, which is what I really need since I sit very close to it in my living room. It is certainly the best air conditioner I've ever had and I have suggested it to many people. It is well worth the money spent. I have now gone through two summers with my Windmill Air and I can report that it runs like a charm.J Lotus

I have had my windmill AC for 3 years now. It's the best window unit I've ever used. It's pretty quiet & very easy to clean. I love that the air blows up at an angle so I can still have things in front of it, but also because I really hate when the air blows straight on me. That's probably my favorite thing.

We've purchased 4 Windmill ACs over the years, replacing the old ones our apartment had installed. We've tried several of the older and newer major brands and Windmill is easily the easily the best combination of quiet enough to sleep with, quickest to cool a room, convenient (controlling and programming from their easy to use app), and best looking inside and outside (not so important but a welcome tally). Additionally, their customer service and warranty/replacement policies are great. Windmill's ac's work really well consistently, but nothing is perfect—when one of our machines inexplicably stopped working they replaced it really quickly (within two days!) at no charge. It's always nice to be able to support a small business when you can and it's even nicer when their products a great and they back it up.Oh, and reply to the owner's, Mike's, emails, he'll respond and help out when needed!Very, very easy to recommend Windmill.

We got two Windmill units in 2024 and have had nothing but a great experience with them. They are easy to install, look beautiful and are much quieter than our old unit. Now we don't have to turn the A/C off to hear the TV anymore! Many people in our building also have them. I highly recommend!
